Photos from home, not from personal inboxes.

Parents send a photo of a red mark straight to their child's physio team, securely, and get a reply in the same place.

How it works.

  • The physio links a parent to their child at a clinic visit with a one-time code
  • Parents take the photo in the app, with an outline for views from behind and above
  • Photos are encrypted on the phone and only the treating team can open them
  • Location and device details are removed from every photo before upload
  • The physio can grade the photo straight into the skin log and reply in the app

Your team decides what parents see.

Each centre sets its own contact card.

  • Which phone lines and emails to show
  • Opening hours, bank holidays and cover arrangements
  • Expected reply times for photos and messages
  • A named key contact for each child, if your team works that way

Not for emergencies. Every parent screen will say what to do if something is urgent or out of hours, in wording agreed with clinicians.
