One record, from first score to last night in boots.
Talipes Tracker follows each child through clinic. Every visit adds to the same record, and every record feeds the reports.
The treatment, step by step.
Each stage of Ponseti treatment has its own place in the record, so nothing is entered twice.
First visit
Diagnosis, affected side, age at start and the initial Pirani score for each foot.
Casting
Casts and slips counted per foot as treatment goes on.
Tenotomy
Pre-tenotomy score, which feet, clinic or theatre, and anaesthesia.
Boots and bar
Pirani into bracing, the three correction criteria and the brace type.
Follow-up
Skin checks at each visit, with review flags when a grade needs attention.

Made for the clinic room.
Talipes Tracker runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There's nothing to install and no IT project to start.
New patients go in through a short five-step form. Questions only appear when they apply: choose theatre for the tenotomy and you'll see the theatre anaesthesia options, never both.
- Right, left or bilateral chosen with a tap, never typed
- Pirani scores in half-point steps from 0 to 6
- Patient IDs that link back to the hospital's own system, not to names
Skin checks that keep bracing on track.
Skin problems are a common reason families stop using the boots. Grade any redness or blister on a five-point scale and tap where it is on a foot diagram, viewed from behind or from above.
Grade 3 and above flags the record for clinical review, shown next to how well the foot was corrected at brace entry. Talipes Tracker records and flags. Treatment decisions stay with your team.
Three views of the same data.
Everyone works from one record. What they can see depends on their role.
