Every clubfoot, from first cast to first steps.

One secure, standard app for Pirani scoring, casting, bracing and skin checks. Your reports build themselves, and you can see how your centre compares.

Built around the Ponseti journey.

Each stage of treatment has its own screen, so the record grows naturally as the child moves through clinic.

First visit

Score both feet in clinic

Record the diagnosis and initial Pirani score for each foot on a phone, in half-point steps, while the family is still in the room.

  • Right, left or bilateral, chosen with one tap
  • Idiopathic, neurological or syndromic, with more than one allowed
  • Patient IDs that never leave the hospital's own system

Casting

Log every cast, slip and tenotomy

Casts, slips and the pre-tenotomy score are counted per foot. Tenotomy venue and anaesthesia follow your choice, so nobody answers a question that doesn't apply.

  • Running cast count for each foot
  • Clinic or theatre, with the right anaesthesia options for each
  • Casts after tenotomy and Pirani score into boots and bar

Catch skin problems before they stop the bracing

Grade any redness or blister and tap where it is on a foot diagram. Grade 3 and above flags the record for clinical review, shown alongside how well the foot was corrected at brace entry.

  • Five-point skin grading adapted from pressure injury staging
  • Location logged on views from behind and above
  • Records and flags only; clinical decisions stay with your team

Still tracking clubfoot in a spreadsheet?

When each centre records treatment its own way, results are hard to compare. Talipes Tracker gives every centre the same fields and the same definitions, and every saved record feeds your reports straight away. No end-of-year collation, no copy and paste, no email attachments.

See where your centre stands.

Because every centre records the same way, outcomes can finally be compared: against your region, your country and centres worldwide. Other centres stay anonymous. You only ever see your own name.

In one-sided cases the boot is also worn on the unaffected foot. Every skin event is recorded against the foot it's on, so the unaffected foot is tracked separately.

Designed for NHS information governance.

Patient data belongs to the hospital. Talipes Tracker is built so that it can't be read by anyone outside your team, including us.

Names encrypted on your device

Identifying details are encrypted before they leave the clinician's screen, with keys held by your hospital.

Your hospital controls access

Your own administrators add and remove staff. Every view, edit and export is logged.

Hosted in the UK

Data stays on UK infrastructure, with multi-factor sign-in for every user.

Photos from home, not from personal inboxes.

Parents can send a photo of a red mark straight to their child's physio team, encrypted on their phone. Your team decides which contact details and hours parents see.
